Hello Ladies (and gents? I doubt any guys besides my boyfriend read my blog but who knows...)

This week I had training at work. From now on I'll do technical support too. Which is gonna be SO much better than just answering questions about bills. People lose all their manners once it's about their money. So I'm sure helping them out with technical stuff will be easier.
Plus me being quite the nerd I get a long really well with the guys from the technical helpdesk. I already found a new friend who's into WoW and likes sushi even more than me haha

Yesterday I had an english exam. Maybe you've heard of it as I think it's an international diploma. It's by the university of cambridge and there are different levels. I made the first certificate. I don't even know how many different levels there are but the FCE is the one most people make around here. It was really easy but took the whole day. So I had to get up eraly on staurday. Not liking that.
I'll get the results by the end of April. Why they need over a month for that is beyond me but whatever. I don't need this diploma but I figured it's always good to have some sort of paper that proves that you're good at something. Specially since my french sucks.

It's the first weekend in a really long time that I don't spend with my boyfriend. it's weird. I'm not used to being at home on a sunday anymore. But Minnie seems to like it cause she's been sleeping on my lap for the past 2 hours not letting me go anywhere♥

I love everything off-shoulder. I'm not a big fan of showing cleavage (not much there to show off anyway haha) but I think showing a little bit of shoulder can be really hot.

I also fell in love with a few things at Abercrombie & Fitch. I haven't bought anything there in years but lately I like their stuff again. Apparently they're about to open a store in Zurich but they've been saying that for a long time now and it never happens so we still have to order online with ridiculous shipping prices + taxes. Yesterday my boyfriend told me that taxes for importing things are supposed to get even higher soon. I died a little on the inside. I love online shopping but paying around 40 swiss francs everytime just for taxes is awful :( That alone would be reason enough to become part of the EU haha

I thought once I work 4 days a week I'd have more time to blog again but turns out I spend all my freetime on working on my portfolio/homework (or being lazy on the couch haha). It's only because I'm such a perfectionist about details that I work on something until I'm at least 99% happy with it. If not I'll start over. I'm so sorry about neglecting the blog. Seriously. Hopefully I'll get back into regular posting again once my exam is over. I don't want to blog some half assed entries just because I feel like I have to every other day.
Obviously I didn't have a lot of time to read my favorite blogs lately either. My reader has over 1000 (!) unread blogposts! And that's even after I cut down from following about 200 blogs to "only" maybe 75. But enough with the whining.

Today is my first day off work in march. I already love working 4 instead of 5 days a week. Even getting up in the morning is easier when you know you only have 2 more days to work.

I should be sewing or drawing or just doing something for my portfolio but I'm so lazy today. Eventhough the sun is shining it's really cold again but I felt like wearing something spring-ish and wore this h&m cardigan.

Tomorrow is Minnie's 7th birthday! I can't believe she's so old already haha that little dog saved my life and doesn't even know it. I got her when I was 16 and suffering from depression and anxiety. Having to take care of a dog was the best thing that could have happend. I like to think she's immortal cause I couldn't imagine a life without her anymore. I'm feeding her salmon tomorrow haha it's her favorite ;)

My boyfriend thinks this skirt is ugly so I just wear it when I don't see him haha

My asos order with my new spring order still didn't get here :( I start to worry it might got lost on the way. Their customer service isn't very helpful so far either but they probably get a gazillion emails a day so hopefully they'll find out where my order is soon.

edit to add on march 3rd: So after I emailed the asos customer service they found out that my parcel got lost and now they're sending out another one with the same things free of charge! I think that's the best customer service I've ever experienced. And trust me, I do a lot of online shopping haha
I would have ordered from them again anyway but it's nice knowing they actually care about their customers being happy. Thumbs up for asos!

There have been 1,2 really nice spring-like days lately. Made me realize how much I miss the sun. My mood is so much better when it's sunny. I always thought the weather doesn't have anything to do with my mood but it definitely does. Eventhough I love rain. I think I miss the leaves on trees the most.

On friday is my first official day off work. Then I have either mondays or fridays off. Working 4 days a week suits me better, I think. I need more time for myself and my little projects again... I miss blogging more too.
Expect more entries soon again. I miss you guys!

I just love yumi dresses. They use the cutest fabrics and great details. And I think they got a little cheaper too or maybe only the ones I saw lately.

Please excuse the total lack of make up and messy hair in these pictures. I took them during one of my afternoon's off work where I usually wear my pijamas to be honest.
I actually mostly wear pjs when I'm at home. Not very fashionable, I know. It's also one of the main reasons why I hate unexpected visits haha

right now I'm just buming around on the couch.


I have a huge pile of laundry to do but there's some sun rays on the couch and I can't get up because the sun feels so good and warm :) I'm longing for spring!
As you can see I got my new scarf from topshop and it's lovely. Very soft and thin. Just perfect for now.

btw thanks for all the tips you guys are giving me for my portfolio!! I really appreciate every single one of them. Keep 'em coming.
