A little while a go a Ladurée shop opened in Zurich. There is already one in Geneva and one in Lausane but I've never been to one of them before. This saturday I spent tons of money at American Apparel and because the Ladurée is pretty close to AA I decided to check it out.
I got 8 macarons, a soap and a little notebook.




My boyfriend would probably kill for a box of Luxemburgerlis from Sprüngli which are little macaroons too so I was eager to know what he thinks of the Ladurée macaroons.
We both agreed that they're even better than Luxemburgerlis. They're more expensive but bigger and definitely worth it.
The shop is absolutely adorable. They have so many cute gift boxes, candles, soaps and just pretty things there.





I also finally got posie tint and high beam by benefit.

I have not had the chance to try them out yet though.

I hope everyone has/had a good weekend. Hopefully I'll have some time to take outfit pictures next week. xo

Last weekend I watched Marie Antoinette once again. It's such an inspiring movie, I could watch it every week.

Does anyone else think january is the longest month of the year?

My throat hurts a lot. I think it might be because I have to talk so much now compared to before. I really hope I won't get sick or lose my voice. Thank god it's sunday today and I don't have to talk to anyone. I'm just gonna drink a lot of tea with honey and eat tons of cough drops. If you know anything else that could help let me know!

Friday nite we finally went to see the imaginarium of doctor parnassus. I wanted to see it ever since it came out but it was always either sold out or we didn't have time.
I liked it a lot. My boyfriend didn't. I thought it was really neat how they involved Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell after Heath Ledger died. And Lily Cole (who I absolutely adore anyway) was so cute and compared to other models turned actress she did a great job.

A few weeks ago I decided that I want to try to get into fashion design school. I have to take an entrance exam and show them a portfolio. I went to their info day and the drawings and projects they showed were cool but I definitely think I should be able to pass the exam if I compare my work to the work of past and current students there. The exam is in march so I still have time to put together a portfolio.
I'm not quite sure what to put in there. Drawings, of course and a few photos of sewing projects but I'm not sure if I should mention my blog or etsy shop too. And if yes, how I would do that. Just a screenshot of both or...
What do you guys think?
